Impact Overview

WAYS WE GIVE

  • Generous coffee

Sourced from independent coffee producers, our coffee provider, Generous Coffee, is sustainable, traceable, and specialty grade. They donate 100% of our profits to humanitarian organizations and communities in need. Your purchase is also sustaining operations of coffee producers around the world.

  • DONATION TOKENS

Through your purchases at Humble House, you can earn tokens, each worth $1. You can then put those chips in jars associated with various non-profits. We will donate money to those non-profits on behalf of each chip in the jar. We will feature 4 non-profits at a time and rotate them regularly!

  • PAY IT FORWARD

We launched our Pay It Forward board during the pandemic as a way for people to support one another… front line workers, teachers, single parents, etc. and within days, our board was absolutely filled! Since then, we have had the joy of witnessing the happiness that people feel from purchasing items for others .

  • FREE COFFEE TUESDAY

Every Tuesday, we honor a group of hometown heroes that make our community wonderful, with free coffee! Teachers, first-responders, medical workers, entrepreneurs, non-profit workers, and many more! Check out our calendar below & follow us on social media to stay up to date on our honorary group of the week!

  • RETAIL

Come shop from our market full of items that replicate good in the world. We find entrepreneurial artisans both locally and in developing countries with a budding business and an eagerness to grow and provide jobs to their community. We seek out artists and creators with a passion in their heart.

  • LOYALTY PROGRAM

Think of your local business punch card… but with a fun, feel-good twist. Get a card and receive 1 punch per purchase. On your 10th visit, you can either get a small drink for free OR you can donate $2 to a non-profit. Put your (2) $1 donation tokens in the jar of one of our rotating, vetted non-profit partners!

  • JEWELRY BAR

Come make your own jewelry at our Bel Kai jewelry bar. All original, handmade designs & charms are created in their production studio in the Dominican Republic, where a team of hard-working women create each collection. They empower these women to break the cycle of poverty in their communities.

  • COMMUNITY BUILDING

It is our goal to create a space for people to gather. For reunions to occur and new people to meet. By creating an inviting, warm environment and hosting community events, we hope to bring our neighbors together and to make our little town of Golden a place full of familiar faces, support networks, and friendship.

COMPLETED PROJECTS

FEATURED NON-PROFITS

Through customers’ purchases, they are empowered to earn donation tokens and place them in the non-profit jar that they would like us to donate to on behalf of them. We half 4 featured non-profits at a time, and rotate them regularly, once their fundraising goal is met! Read about our current featured non-profits below!

CROSS PURPOSE

CrossPurpose began in 2008 when a group of people located in a Northeast Denver neighborhood gathered to start Providence Bible Church and walk with the poor. After working with over 5,000 people in poverty from various populations, the community realized they had to stop asking the question “How do we help someone in poverty?” and begin asking, “How do we get someone out of poverty?” Since then, they have utilized a model that cultivates soft and hard skills to address and abolish relational, economic and spiritual poverty. To date, over 2,000 men, women and children have escaped poverty for good through CrossPurpose programming.

Covered Colorado

Covered started in 2017 after our founder discovered that there are very few resources in Colorado for sex trafficking victims over the age of eighteen. A group of people wanting to make a difference got together and formed Covered. After receiving our 501c3 status as a nonprofit, we began to build our program and help survivors find hope and healing.

Covered continues to grow and improve on the resources and care that we are providing for these brave women seeking a new life.

GLOBAL ACCESS 2030

Nearly 1 in 10 people around the world lack access to clean and safe water. We want to change that.

Providing safe drinking water is the easiest way to improve health, happiness, and productivity. We focus our efforts on remote communities around the world that rely on untreated flowing water, standing water, or wells. These are the families who are in the most need of our expertise. Alongside local partners, we provide long-lasting filters that are assembled during our locally-led water workshops.

SERVE WITH LOVE TODAY

SWLT serves a community in the mountains of Haiti, one of the most highly impoverished countries in the world. We aim to alleviate suffering through a variety of programs that provide healthcare, housing, food, access to education, jobs, and more.

Haiti is currently in a state of crisis as their president was assassinated and gangs have taken over. Our primary goal is to bring opportunities in to Haiti, but for now we are working to get the people of our community out of Haiti and house them in the US until it is safe for them to return.
